It is a little difficult getting to the place as it's near a railway crossing that's always jam packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is very unhelpful. They do not have a contact no. To connect with, in case any customer needs to check whether the service centre is working or operational or not. The attendants there do not know how to communicate well and they barely listen to you. They just keep telling you the same nonsensical rubbish without even listening to what your query is. Horrible experience. If this is the way Jio is working and hiring such employees at a service centre, then it's going to have a lot of issues from customers.
