Sales person explains lot of nice things and promises lot of good things …
You will get just thrilled with sales person words
Here it comes actual reality
Installation team is not expert.. they just do lame job .. no proper cleaning after wiring.. too much screwing in walls… just not acceptable…
He was trying to connect internet for half hour .. then it got connected.. sometime.. he left immediately… 5 min later internet stopped working… I called many time but no response from him.. he was so rude and told me to cancel the connection..
I was so frustrated with their behaviour and even after sales team guy also was not picking up call..
Finally after so many twitter complaints, calls to cc they raised cancellation request… which ll happen after 5 days and there after they will give refund in 15 days .. so jio using my money for 20-22 days…
Pros- internet sped was awesome .. almost as promised download- 145 Mbps.. upload- 30 Mbps

Pathetic experience JIO is providing in this case,like in case of relocation they never gonna visit and you ll never get your advance back.
