★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs here are not friendly. My friend purchased jio sim from here and they said they will activate the sim in 3-4 days, however after 10 days it is still not activated. When I called, they said you will have to come again without mentioning any reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to change in the plans recently, it seems my id was deactivated. I tried calling Customer care numerous times, Customer care said they have raised Complaint in the tool and assign that case to Backhand team. Its had been 72 hours, no reply from customer care nor backhand team. I had no option to fix this issue and get going with my critical work. I called up Amol Choudari Emp ID (67559053) who got me this connection earlier.
I would like to appreciate him for fixing my issue in just 5 mins, whereas customer care was not able to fix it in 72 hours.
I just want to take a minute today to let you all know what a fantastic and quick support Amol has provided to me. Excellent customer service. Kindly consider these comments or writeups for nominating him for any awards. Thank you Amol once again. You are great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jio is only up for his name until now and their service is completely pathetic. I have deactivated my jio fiber and I want to return my router and STB and it has been more than 15 days since they are collecting it!! I even went to the service center to return it and they say that they cannot take it here and can only be collected from the home address. When I call the guy(Akshay)who is supposed to collect gives me another guys number (Govind) stating he will collect it and that guy says I’m not in the area and will come back later. No call after 2 days and after I call him he says I don’t cover that area and then when I call Akshay who is supposed to collect it then he does not answer the call. The most disgusting service I have ever seen. Even local wifi providers is better than Jio. That is the utmost reason I have switched to Airtel Xtreme. Do take this review seriously and switch to any wifi provider but not Jio!!!!!
