As soon as you enter the place someone is ready to see you, all of the staff if very friendly and attentive and they give you full attention from beggining to end. They listen and explain with calm and professionalism, which is a breath of fresh air here in Mumbai!! So nice to be treated with courtesy and respect. The place is clean and staff is well presented. I took my Mac Pro for a repair as it had crashed completely, and Mr. Sharma took care of it for me. Thank you all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Mr. Bhupen saved my very broken 2010 MacBook Pro. Apple even told me to give up or pay much cost for video card that is going to “break again”. He fixed it for much less. Also, he wasn’t a normal technicians that might look down or treat you like a newbie because I’m not the most technologically savvy. He was reverential, helpful and even suggested a hard drive upgrade instead of me spending more money on a backup drive. He’s a really nice guy and really knows his stuff. I would recommend him to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple Repair Center Mumbai provided excellent service. Diagnosed the difficulty with my older MacBook Pro- faulty charger- and replaced it. Spent time discussing the pros and cons of keeping my laptop vs. replacing it. No hard sell at all but he recommended a new solid state hard drive which I agreed to. Replaced it quickly and at a competitive price. Happy to say my MacBook is much faster and working great giving a new life to my older computer. Honest, professional and helpful. I highly recommend to this Center. Thanks Bhupen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 24inch iMac 2011 hard drive was almost dead, and wouldn't boot. I brought it into Apple Repair Center Mumbai and they recovered ALL our data files - Photos, iTunes Library nearly 750GB. They recommended a new SSD to replace the old dead hard drive and we are extremely happy with the outcome. The technicians of Apple Repair center’s was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them for Apple Mac issues and repairs. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Technicians of Apple Repair Center were both so helpful and understanding! The quickness and ease of dealing with my laptop was amazing. Especially when you're dealing with laptops that are so essential for everyday work having something fixed within a day for me was what made this place a 5 star business. I hope I don't have to visit again because who wants a broken laptop but if I do have an issue again, this is where I'm coming!

In fact Bhupen, one of the repair men, refurbished a MacBook Air laptop to fit my budget and transferred all the recovered data from my old laptop into it, all done in less than a week. They genuinely put their customers' satisfaction first. I highly recommend their service. Fair price and excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my MacBook Air in the other day because of an issue regarding the screen not turning on. They solved the issue and fixed it within about an hour, on the spot. Not to mention they charged me a VERY reasonable amount for the work involved. The staff were super friendly, and very accommodating!
I would highly recommend anyone with issues regarding Apple device, whether software or hardware problems, to definitely visit the Apple Repair center Mumbai! You will not be disappointed :)
