★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy a flat here. The ads they promote are untrue. There is no 24*7 power backup. In fact they never turn on the generator. The committee is very laid back and doesn't take action for anything. There are no meetings and the promoter is still in charge of Block B. The security here is zero. No cctv cameras, no security guard. From beggars to hawkers, all come to the top most floor with no problem. Nobody closes main gate while going out thus, the local dogs have found a new rendezvous spot under the B block staircase. The lift hardly works it is damaged every now and then and old people are made to climbthe topmost floor in this heat . Worst place ever.
