★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family went to Onkar Nath Maath for Shraddha of my mother. It was very organised and rituals are performed by very educated and dedicated pandits (Thakur moshai in bengali).
Rituals took around 3 hours..and it was performed as per Hindu tradition.
Best thing is you can get package deal which includes rituals and fooding. Rest assured all the details are taken care off by them.
There is good parking lot and lot of space for people to participate....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited after long 32 years...the holy place is a childhood favourite for me..the vast expance of the prayer hall..the majestic dieties and the prosad..
A perfect place if one is looking for mental peace..just sit quietly infront of radha shyam ...or in the hall infront of the marble statue of Omkarnathji..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very old temple, serene and the most visited one... It's famous in entire city... People from all over the places come here and pay homage and experience solitude and peace... They have 3 main temples dedicated to Sri Radha Krishna, Omkarnath Swami and Devi Chandi respectively... They organise daily prayers in all of the temples and celebrates Durga Puja in a grand scale... They organise frequent satsangs... They also have their own doctors chamber which is awesome and their services are also good... They have their own clinic and lab where they do accurate blood tests at very cheap rate... They also engage with other social activities as well... Also they have their own library especially have devotional books and journals... They have incense shop as well which has awesome collection of sweet smelling incense and decorative lights as well...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This sacred place is situated just beside flyover connecting Baranagar and Dakhineshwar. One can easily reach it using Metro train ?by getting down at Baranagar Metro station and walk down for about 10-15 minutes.
The place is quite vast with large areas for meditation , various pujas like post death ceremony etc. There are ample rooms for simultaneous ceremony for multiple families. Adequate car parking facility is also existing. Monks are totally devoted to religious system. Every day they are feeding poor and destitutes at lunch time when I was present. They are truly representatives of God on earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place for devotee around all sect. Had wonderful time here exploring... U must visit the library to and buy books like Abhay wani and others... The only thing I would like to add is timing which is not suitable. Actual timing is it closed for 3 hours from 1 PM to 4 PM.... Rest from Morning 4 to evening 9 PM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expectedly nice and peaceful place. It is established by hugely respected Hindu Saint Sri Sitaramdas Onkarnath. Apart from the temple, here threre is a sanskrit language school where students get lessons about the ancient Hindu scriptures and they are taught how to be a well educated priest also. The Math authority also help any interested person or family those are in need to perform any Hindu ritual activity. The place is very near to Dunlop More.
