★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent apartment, and society, with all the necessary ameneties like swimming pool, etc. Gym is not maintained at all. The area surrounding the society is a bit shady without any street lights.
Seems like village area around with cattlestock and herds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this place for close to 2 years. It has a very big swimming pool and a nice lawn area. Residents are decent and friendly. The added attractions are a big club house and TT tables. Ofcourse they have children play area too.

No play ground for children.
No fire safety equipped.
different rules for moving in and moving out . while moving in you can bring in big vehicles like tata ace , while out they wont allow the same and will create chaos for you to the most . Gym is not maintained at all. Seems like village area around. Congested space.

Stayed here for 2 years and upon vacating owner deducted 83k from 1 lakh deposit without a proper justification.
The owner is a habitual cheater.
(Check with the neighbors for confirmation).
Please avoid this flat as well this society because society is 15 years old and has lot of problems.
High maintenance, less services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 7yrs. Nice n peaceful place to live. Good amenities. And every thing is nearby - ATM,Grocerry,Medical, Schools and Hospitals. Its not over any heavy road hence its no noise and polluted , its serene.

Swimming pool is big one. Having said that its good for families whose annual income is more than 24 lakh.
Apartment is not for middle class people , charges are more , owner of this apparent hardly visit here. He is enjoying like anything. Sleeping on Money.
I visited here to meet my friend who works here IT company nearby located.
Expensive apartments .
Exterior and interior of the apartment is Nice.
Nearby Badminton court and volleyball court.
People are good here.
