β β β β β This is located in south city. Loved the ambience, food and the hospitality. But I realised that the prices are in the higher side compare to the bangalore outlet. They also serve buffet here but we went for the A La Carte menu.
Overall good experience and we really loved the chicken ginger.

β β β β β I don't know if you have witnessed the old commercial of Mainland China( I posted one picture for reference). I was optimistic since the old times about the savoury flavour of Mainland China as shown in that advertisement. Finally, I made it to the place.
I am not saying the food was not good. I liked the food with each distinct taste. Specifically, the tender sui-mai was the showstopper. But I missed the charm which I was expecting for this very long period while in my mind repeating the line "This is the Best Chinese I Have Ever Had" from the commercial.
The hospitality was kind and quite professional being easily approachable. They have different menus on different days. We visited on weekdays and opted for a non-vegetarian buffet the menu I have attached in the picture would be helpful. Sorry for not being able to click pictures of food. blame it on my hunger! The ambience was quite soothing. Hope this review would be helpful for someone planning for their desired meet-up.

β β β β β Yesterday was at @mainlandchinaindia ,South City Mall for trying out their Weekend Buffet.
The food quality that they are serving in the Buffet is unbelievable starting from the Coriander Chicken soups which had a lot of minced chicken to the most delicious Drums of heaven, Chili fish, some juicy Chicken Wonton and tried a unique item which was Prawn toast . Everything was perfect but yes the dimsum was genuinely something I was looking for and it wasn't there in the spread?
For the main course as well there were a lot of options like
Chicken Hakka Noodles, Egg Chicken Fried Rice, some fish item,Chicken in black bean sauce, Prawns, Turkey as well Crabs but in the main course section found the gravies a bit salty other than that Quality was great as usual. The service was also good.
Just one complain when a Buffet is charging βΉ1175+tax a complimentary drink should be added
?Price for two - βΉ2500
?Rating -4/5

β β β β β Went for the Mainland China Buffet Dinner. The ambiance was very nice with proper Covid hygiene maintained. The starters were served on the table while being part of the buffet spread as well.
Starter menu could have been better, especially the Prawn dishes were missing. Amongst the main course the noodles were great and so were the Prawn, fish and chicken dishes. The crab deserves a special mention.
In most buffet options people usually gorge on the starters and main courses, what stood out here was the deserts. All desert items were excellent and deserved repeat servings. Overall a greatly satisfactory buffet spread.
Highly recommended for all Chinese food lovers

β β β β β Finally I got to visit.
We didn't go for the buffet. We chose A-la Carte. Started with Thai style Chicken dumplings large steamed, which tasted really good, specially complementing with the chili oil. the stuffing was good and thoroughly cooked. Recommend.
For the mains we went for Cantonese chicken Rice noodles with Chili basil fish. Hands down to the combo and the taste of the basil fish made it worth. Fish was fresh and sauce tasted amazing.
The staffs are very generous, kept asking if everything's fine. Food came in time, didn't have to wait much and portion was more than enough for 2 people to finish. Had a great experience.

β β β β β Buffet experience was average. Though ambiance and staff behavior was good, but to be very frank we did not like the taste of the main course items. None of the gravy sauces were up to the mark on flavor profile except prawn in black pepper sauce.
Crab was served with shell on which is a disaster in main course, you can't expect people to dig in with their hands!
Starters were mostly good especially the drums of heaven and chicken dumpling.
Would expect better flavors from the chef at such reputed restaurant.
Non veg buffet costs 1075 + tax.

β β β β β Really good restaurant and nice ambience.
Lived up the hype and professional service.
Each dish was cooked to perfection. We really loved them. We were so engrossed in the food that forgot to take the pictures.
Very much popular and they have both a la carte and buffet option, which is really helpful for people to decide.
Would highly recommend.

β β β β β The place is extremely spacious and all the sanitation protocols are being rigidly maintained. The service is very good and the staff is polite and helpful. There are separate washrooms for men and women inside the restaurant which are clean and well-maintained.
Coming to the food, we opted for the Non-veg lunch buffet which cost Rs. 900 per head without Gst.
The starters were tasty, and they even provided a boneless chicken dish since I couldn't eat the chicken drumsticks. The fish was fresh.
The main course was pretty good too, with the fish being especially good. The food is light but extremely tasty.
Loved the deserts, mainly the brownie and cheesecake.
Overall a nice experience, would surely visit again!
