★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flame & Grill is here with World Fusion Festival where they are serving World Flavours with a Desi Twist. You can try this buffet at any of their outlets in Kolkata. Don't worry they are following all the health protocols to ensure our safety. Recently I visited their South City outlet which is located at the 3rd Floor of South City Mall and I must say they serve the best buffet in town. They are offering a variety of starters, main course and desserts to its diners but the main attraction is definitely the starters as you can enjoy grills from across the globe. Coming to the food they are offering in this buffet :
Soups : Roasted Tomatoe Bellpepper and Tulsi Shorba, Creamy Chicken Tikka Soup.
Non Veg Starters : Wasabi Tandoori Prawn, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Peri Peri Fish Fingers, Mutton Seekh Kebab & Pesto Grilled Chicken. I really liked the smoky and spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken, it was absolutely lip smacking. The Wasabi Tandoori Prawn was totally unique in taste.
Veg Starters : Thai Mushroom, Guntur Chilli Corn, Romesco Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Aloo & Dal Chawal Aranchini. I really liked the soft yet flavorful Romesco Paneer Tikkas.
Nonveg Main Course : Chilli Soya Prawn, Basil Butter Fish, Chicken Roganjosh, Champaran Gosht, Chicken Biryani & Chingri Malaicurry Risotto. Loved the succulent pieces of mutton in Champaran Gosht, the mutton just melted in mouth, tasted really good with both Naan and chicken Biryani.
Veg Main Course : Herb Crusted Dum Aloo, Cheesy Baked Korma, Dal Fry Basil Tadka, Seared Methi Chaman, Makhani Cheese Ball, Desi Chowmein, Ginger Fried Rice, Steamed Rice & Naan.
Desserts : Brownie with Kesar Rabri, Moong Dal Halwa Tart, Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, Chocolate Laddoo, Badam Cake with Shreekhand Frosting, Malpua Stuffed Banana Cream, Freshly Cut Watermelon & Ice Cream with Condiments. Don't forget to try Brownie with Kesar Rabri and Moong Dal Halwa Tart from this section.

Overall I had a great time here. I really liked their food. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall ambiance and experience. I would love to recommend this buffet to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place recently at South City Mall - 3rd Floor...had an amazing experience! The restaurant is at the end corner of the 3rd floor. You can visit the food court and then take the escalator (the escalator is at the center of the food court, you may not locate it from the far end of the food court but ask for help from the security guards around). The escalator takes you to the front of the restaurant).
Staff Members, Manager: Very good behavior and courteous. They took care of your buffet orders. Starters were served on the table.
Food: Excellent! Especially the fried fish and the masala chicken wings (part of the starters/grill on the table) are must try!! Veg has tikka paneer, MUshrooms, grilled potato,etc. Served complimentary soft drinks.
For the main course, non-veg and veg items were plenty. Biryani and Mutton Keema were good.
Bread(s) will be served on the table as requested. Masala Stuffed Kulcha (served hot on the table) is a must-try. Do try that with Mutton Keema...lol!!
Apart from that, they have preparations of fish, eggs, chicken, etc. 4/5 varieties of Salad options too.
Plenty of options for Desserts/Sweets: Hot Mihidana & Malpoa, Brownies, two types of pastries, three types of ice cream flavors (Nolen Gur, Vanilla, and Chocolate), Bengali style semai payesh, fruits like Watermelon, etc.
Mutton lovers: Keema on weekdays, Mutton Handi on Weekends, and on Special occasions. Prior booking doesn't help if there is a rush!
On Weekdays, during lunch hours, you will get seats without much waiting. Not sure about the evening time (did not try during that hours). On occasions, it's a rush. They have a comfortable waiting area too (chairs and sofas available).
They do serve drinks on the table, which cost extra.

In that box, they provided-
*Tandoori chicken tikka (5 pieces)
*Ameristari Fish Fry (5 pieces,quite unique & tasty ?)
*Chicken Biryani with raita (one of the biriyanis ever had)
*Butter naan (2 pieces)
*Dal Makhni (average, tasted dull)
*Murg Makhni (spicy,rich & delicious)
*Prawn Masala(very good item)
*Red chili sauce
*Pudina chutney
*Payesh (authentic & very tasty)
*Darsaan (just perfect dessert to have at the end)
Great experience ? ? totally overwhelmed ❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first visit to Flame n grill, South City Mall on 11th Feb 2022.The moment we stepped in, we could feel the amazing hospitality .The extremely courteous staff are always on toes to render impeccable service. Right from the variety of gourmet starters to the lavish buffet ending with the lip-smacking desserts, everything is perfectly cooked nd served. My personal favourite was the handi gosht and amritsari fish tikka..Oh! how are my taste buds desperately in need of some as I write this!! Kudos to the entire team, the hardworking chef and the service staff in particular for maintaining such high standards. We've already planned a second visit as couldn't click many pics the other day( we were busy relishing every bite!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While bbq buffets are enjoyable and fulfilling, the buffet here was totally delicious. Whatever was served had this unique, refreshing and authentic taste that I'd love to go there again. They had a little less choice in the dessert section but each one was tasty.

We pre-booked our dine in 2 days before visiting here and we saw there was a long queue for those who didn't pre book here. So, we recommend you to reserve your table before you come.
NOW, coming to the GOOD part:
FOOD WAS JUST AMAZING.
Starters, Main Course and Desert includes a huge variety of dishes so whatever price you pay it is all WORTH IT. We had rose flavoured white wine which was AMAZING ?
The staffs are absolutely friendly and well mannered.
Also, if you ask them for a birthday special cake, they'll serve you a perfect sized pastry cake which is complimentary ?
