★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Blowhot Chimney for Rs.17K and installed on 9th March, 2021. It was auto clean and automatic product. It seems that Blowhot do not check their product before delivering and the same point applies to Make your design engineer. The product installed and went. When we switch on the product after 30 minutes, the product had electric shock and it reflected in almost all the connection including water pipes in the house. The Blowhot engineer visted after 2 days and identified that it was their product problem. While I appreciate Make my design to support for the replacement of product, I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT BLOWHOT PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE verified prior to the supply to any client. The support systems in Blowhot is not good, although the support from Makemydesign was good. BE CAREFUL FOR BLOWHOT PRODUCTS IN FUTURE. I was not contacted by any executive from Blowhot after the BLUNDER of such product and its installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Worst experience and if we call them if they have business from us they talk else they won't talk. Price is like almost 1: 2 ratio they charge if u compare outside hardware shops. Too much ghan and marketing talks.
Example : if product cost is 200 outside they charge 400. Funny thing is if you check same products online price is very less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to buy all your home appliances, i had taken hindware chimney, hindware gashob, geyser, exhaust fans, and led lights for my flat and all i got in better price . Guru is very polite and he listen to your query very calm eventhough the rush in the shop is high. i took allmost 3 weeks to finalize all my items and after checking the items quality, prices i deside to go with this shop eventhough its far from home, they delivered and installed it with no extra cost.
