★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is a jv between mana and sr group. They come across as good initially but the dealing is not so clean. I had booked a plot 3 years ago With a booking amount of 1lakh. Due to some family problems I had to pull out of the deal. I have not seen a penny of that 1 lakh till date even after regular follow ups . Apart from personal experience here are some points about the property:
1. The approach Initially when I booked was from a road which went through a field. Few months after the owner of the land closed the road and the approach was made through the village. Very round about way to get to the property.
2. The turn before the property (right if you come from the village and left if you go via the land)has graves on both sides that have been concield by putting a stone pillar fence.
3. There is a option to buy just a plot or plot with house . This will lead to inconsistencies as the standard pitch is to show Nambiar society not far from there but the concept is completely different.
Overall dealing is not good. I have lost all hope of seeing my refund money. Didn’t expect this type of approach from a reputed builder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good layout, but too much inside. Approach road was very bad for a km or so near the layout. Builder is good and already have few nice projects in Bengaluru. But price for this project is costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Management of Mana is really good..i booked a plot in mana foliage and later i dropped due to some personal issues. They gave me back the complete advance amount as they promised. I really like the way they interact with customer. Happy with Mana, If possible i will try to buy the asset again from this builder....i hope i will do that...And, Thanks to Sachin who is incharge in foliage through out this process...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good but the approaching road is really in bad conditions. Also some of the charges are unreasonable by the builder. They are charging too high for club house construction as well as maintenance cost per sqf is also too high. Ideally they must not charge maintenance charges while purchasing only a land.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great property at attractive price points.Most are sold out and one had the option to construct the way they want. Though it's is situated a 2-3 km.off the main road , the location is good and has potential to develop over the years since there are also a other major builders with their projects in 2 km radius from this project. One can consider this project with the expectation of appreciation in future and also live life in a quaint atmosphere away from the usual city life.
