and its in a residential area and most important spacious flats i liked 3 BHK Concept with 2 car park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the other comments mentioned here. The bedrooms are bigger than the matchboxes from prestige et al. And i bought a 1891 sbua sqft 3bhk for less than the price of a prestige 1600sqft. I cant wait to start living here, theoretically walkable distance from meenakshi mall if the road can be crossed on foot.

Initially we were in a dilemma as we had seen this project just before the pandemic started, but moved ahead positively.I would say the reason behind it is the Manager Mr.Rajesh who is very supportive ,patient and down to earth. All our queries were answered promptly. Eagerly waiting for the finished project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRM is located at prime and upscale residential locality. Well accessible to educational institutions, hospitals, malls. Construction quality is good. The flats are very spacious and 100% vaastu compliant. walkable distance from to upcoming metro, NICE rd, BG Rd, etc.
MRM team- Rajesh (Sales manager), Sreedhar (Site engineer), Uday (legal team), team is very friendly and helpful.

Serene location, good construction
Mr Rajesh( SE), Mr Sridhar (chief engineer), Mr Hanumant Reddy, Mr Uday Hegde.. to name a few… have been committed to deliver the best and on time work ( construction).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Master Royal Meenakshi is in a prime location, this is very first reason why we choose to book a flat here.
Though very close to busy Bannerghatta road, it is in very claim locality.
The second reason to choose the apartment is the construction quality of the building , Spacious and delivering what they have promised.
The builder @Master Ventures Pvt ltd has maintained a cordial relationship with us. Starting from Mr Rajesh (Sales Executive) , Mr Uday (Finance ) to Mr. Shreedhar Reddy ( Engineer) all have been very responsive to our queries .
Observing the pace of the work, we are expecting the completion of the project asper the committed time Dec-2021.
