Boundary wall and main gates have been completed spoiled becuase of metro work going on for last 3 years and is expected to go on for another 3-4 years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the initial projects of Mantri Developers on Bannerghatta road. Built in 2003-04. A very good project with G+4 construction. A cluster of 38 buildings with 16 flats in each building. A very good society to be in. It's 70%+ Vaastu compliant. They do have a club house, beautiful swimming pool, a grocery store, saloon, good security system, walking /jogging track etc. Only one thing is the lifts are too old for the current scenario. High time to upgrade the cabin cars. The parking areas may need some attention. Overall a very good society to live in.
