★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience during my visit was fine. Sales and marketing team guided me through various units available and the construction is going in a high pace.
The property is well connected with a major road leading to RMZ Eco World. Opposite to this, Adarsh is launching a premium 2 and 3 BHK homes and it is an add-on to the entire road.
But please check the delivery time.

good location, equidistant from Outer ring road & sarjapur road.
staff was really helpful, their sales rep Somnath showed us the property in great detail and with patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the property in the month of November,we liked the floorplans and the layout design, after that we wanted to finalize the unit we saw that somebody left a review of Rajakaluve, we taught of dropping the plan of buying home here, later builder told us that there is no Rajakaluve in the property and provided all the necessary documents but still we were not convinced, after that we consulted a lawyer with the documents provided by the builder, lawyer confirmed that there in no Rajakaluve in the property boundry and the property is free from all kind of encroachments, later we also contacted Rajakaluve.org website even they confirmed that there is no Rajakaluve in the property boundry,after all this we came to know that the person who has left a review about Rajakaluve is trying to promote his website Rajakaluve.org and charges about 5k to give legal opinion. We spent about 10k to get a legal opinion about the property. After all this we trusted the builder and have happily booked 3 BHK flat in Meda heights. Only the road in front of the project need to be repaired rest everything is good. Thanks to the sales team for patiently answering all the queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is comfortably wedged between ORR on the North with access from Ecoworld & Sarjapur Rd on the South with access from Carmelram/Doddakanneli. That in itself is a deal sealer for somebody who hates the traffic on either of these roads. With the recent resurfacing and widening of the road its now 70 ft wide. Moreover, this road does not see a lot of traffic as compared to Dodakanneli Kadubeesanahalli Rd (Gear School Road). Add to that it abuts 3 lakes - Dodakanneli Lake about 200 mts, Saul Kere about 1.2km & Devarabishanahalli Lake about 1.5kms. Adarsh is coming up with 2 more premium properties in the same stretch of road and once all of these projects are up, this area will surely command a significant premium.
The project in itself is very well laid out with almost all amenities one needs. The sales team, especially Somnath & Pulkit have been very patient and resourceful. Looking forward to moving in once done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 blocks in total, Block B completing before Block A..Promising possession in coming 6 months or so..Amenities will take another year..Surrounded by private properties with no plans of plantation or landscaping..another concrete space in making..
Average build quality, super weird layouts and micro balconies.
Rooms are small, kitchen is smaller and sales rep would proudly tell you “its standard size kitchen”Few of the balconies are coffin shaped (shows when looking the plan of property) Location is good for ORR and Sarjapur offices..presently approach road and surrounding is in very bad shape.
