★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my mother we did knee replacement surgery. Dr Mahesh and team did surgery. It was very success. Good caring Doctors , Sisters and cleaners are also taken very good.
Account team also very cooperation.
Overall service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In patients charges are really absurd. 2 days hospitalization demanded 42k in bill that too with all unnecessary charges. Beware of positive reviews for this hospital all are cooked up. Only postive thing is doctor and staff are nice and caring. But management and accounts people are very worst and money minded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is located in a prime area of Kodigehalli. The hospital is kept very hygenic, (but terryfying stuffs at the end)and all directions are clearly written. There are a lot of famous doctors practicing in the hospital and the hospital staffs are very polite and helpful. But there are a lot of problems too. The pharmacy staff is arrogant and may demand that they can't give you the medicines now. The security staff never helps you with parking your car. Even they shout at you to move the car ahead from hospital. The third and the horrible experience at the basement. The MORTUARY is right under your nose where the waiting area is, and often you will see dead bodies in stretcher kept between people waiting for the lab. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOSPITAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MedStar hospital provides good facilities and services. I visited the hospital for my father's Gall Stone surgery recently. I found the hospital staff courteous and professional. The nurses are very caring and attentive. The premises are clean and well maintained. They have all the necessary medical equipment for patients. Special mention to Dr. Vikranth Suresh for explaining the problem to us and his effective treatment. He communicated with us very well and answered all our queries after listening to us patiently. I would recommend both, the doctor and hospital, in case if you are looking for treatment of Gall Stones.

Nurses was very supportive and helped us right from giving samples, getting report and consultation. We are very much satisfied with the whole package, process and appreciate the support given by nurse emergency department in night time are very coparative

Thanks a lot to Mr. Ashok from Insurance Department who not only made the insurance process too easy but also guided us properly.... The nurses and the house keeping department are very professional too... Best of Luck to Medstar Team and Yes Best Hospital in North Bengaluru. Kindly increase the bed size for the attendent as it is too small ? seriously
