I was about to bill
The excutive was doing two things billing and arguing with fellow member
And i bought wallet and i asked discount if is there any and he denied and then i ask is there any warranty on stiching and material quality
He again denied ki hooti nahin and all very rudly like he doesnt care about any thing.

given date for repairing 18/02/2020
Manager informed me to collect in 3-4 days i.e23-02-2020 also he said he will call me as it will get ready but till now 26/02/2020 no call no information from anyone and when i am calling on landline nobody answering my call since yesterday.
please suggest necessary action.
