Employees are co-operative and the waiting hall is very good.
No wheelchair access to platform 2 and 3 except platform 1.

All cakes are very freshly baked.
Also order taken for customised cake, but these acke rate are very high.
snacks are also very good.
Must try: Chicken claws, chicken 65 roll

If you want to eat don't relay on the hotels outside the station. Foods are not good so it's better to carry your own food ...
And you can easily get autos and totos to go to your destination from the station.....
