★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is unprofessional.....they had return my sandle after 1 month....without repairing without doing anything....they make us fool.....i wanna file a complaint of their this behavior but they are not providing me any costumcare helpline number....i will never recommend anyone to buy mochi shoes in my life

I used that pair only from Mumbai to Dallas,Tx in March 2014 and on my return on 2.10.2014 from the U.S. Though it was a fine pair yet it was tight on left foot and unbearable pain while walking. After some time I showed it to your Inorbit Shop with my narratives. The staff at Establishment as also the Manager were very cordial. They took the pair back for onward despatch to Workshop. ( meanwhile in the intervening period the pair was repaired but problem persisted).
Sometime in July 2016 I once again approached your Inorbit Concern; they took it for sending to Workshop. On my return after two months from Foreign trip on 29th Sept. I once again visited your Inorbit Establishment on 11.10.2016 , the Dussera Day. I was very much pleased when your Manager informed me that my Claim has been passed and I may pick up any pair of shoes within the price range of my under- repair pair of shoes or better pair after paying differential amount. I now own NEW MOCHI Pair of shoes. It is pertinent to state here that my Out-of-shore relatives are your Patrons.
Please accept my good wishes on the occasion of Dussera. I also put on record the best customer services offered both by Mochi Establishment as also th MOCHI Management at Inorbit with
4/1-2 ?s. My sincere thanks to Cooperative Manager and the staff in Inorbit. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is rude and unprofessional. Concepts of customer service and professionalism are alien to these guys, though ironically they claim to be very good at it. Would not recommend going to this outlet. I had a relatively better experience in the Pune outlet at SGS mall.
