One of the cleanest stations in the western railway division. This station has 5 platforms for all the originating and ending express trains. It's connected with a FOB to the local station where one can board trains to churchgate/Andheri/virar. The new delhi rajdhani express originating from here is the highest revenue generator per trip for Indian railways

One of the most busiest Railways Stations in the heart of Mumbai. The trains operating from Mumbai Central Station have been cut down a bit but still it's a very busy and crucial point in the city even for the local trains. The station is well kept, nice and clean with good security, ample amount of waiting area, a Cloak Room, Restaurants, AC Waiting Room and other amenities as well.

Lot of connected trains to all parts of India and has a decent waiting area for the passengers. There is a AC waiting hall but is only open for the passengers with AC class ticket. There's also a IRCTC food plaza which serves verity of food and has a good sitting arrangement. There's plastic bottle recycling machine installed at the station which encourages passengers to recycle plastic by giving rewards for each bottle recycled. Upon exiting the station, one can find different public transport options available to them. The staff at the station are very helpful and will help you with all your nuanced queries.
