★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good photogenic place. There are lots of monkeys as well so beware of them. Keep the food items away. Sometimes the water is dirty so don't even think of jumping right into it. One of the most important water reservoir in Bundi's history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really sad to see such beautiful stepwells treated as a giant trash bin! There was rubbish all around and in the stepwells and the water looked fetid. Hopefully Bundi does something to conserve these historical stepwells but for now I would not recommend making the trip to see them. You're much better off in Jodhpur/Jaipur/Amer.

It is very nice designed according to artitecher but due to bed habits of Indian public and ignorance by govt, It's losing its beauty day by day...
