★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Meghalaya and Kaziranga (Assam) through NatureWings. It was a 7N/8D trip. The hotels that were booked were really nice. Breakfast and dinner served was also good. The itinerary was covering most of the places that other tour operators don't.
Our trip coordinators Sabitra and Rwiddhi were really helpful and responded to all our queries on the trip. Followed up with us end of day daily. If there was any problem faced by us, it was rectified timely by them.
The vehicle provided to us was very clean and well maintained. Our guide cum driver Amar, was easy going, gave us information about the places, took us to great places for lunch.
We had a lot of fun. It was a most memorable trip for us. The natural beauty of Meghalaya has left us spell bound.
Thanks to NatureWings for the smooth experience starting from booking till the actual trip journey. Hope to travel again with you soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part about Nature wings is the excellent approach they have to discuss things and present to clients.
Starting with Mr. Suman Paul. It was difficult for me to trust since the entire transactions were done based on discussions over phone. But everything was arranged so nicely. I had planned a visit to Assam Arunachal & Meghalaya for almost 10 days
The process of booking hotels and obtaining the permits were done so diligently. All Hotels were good as per expectations and service in the hotels was also very good .
There were 3 people assisting us during the entire tour . Sabitra , Rwiddhi and Raya from Nature Wings.
Sabitra personally ensured that a cake was arranged for one of my relatives Birthday.
No issues with permits and local travel. They had given us a 15 seater tempo traveller with a very good Driver- Gopi. All locations and points were shown with utmost sincerity. Driving in tough geographical conditions .
Enjoyed our entire experience with Nature Wings and recommend them for anybody wishing to experience northeast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (two members) recently visited Sikkim for a 9 days/8 nights trip from 9-18 April, 2022 which covered the East, North and West Sikkim through NatureWings Holidays. After doing extensive research, we handpicked M/s. NatureWings Holidays Pvt Ltd., Kolkata for this trip as their packages and itinerary were good. They quickly responded to all my queries through mail and whatsapp. After some negotiations, we selected the three star rated hotels package which is comparatively reasonable. Their itinerary is flexible and relaxing and we visited Gangtok, Changu Lake, Lachung, Yumthang Valley, Zero Point, Pelling, and Darjeeling during the tour. All the hotels booked are excellent in their category with good food as per plan. All the hotel rooms had excellent views of the mountains. Mr.Indrajit Kar, Operation Team of NatureWings Holidays was reachable always and guided us everyday from Kolkata. Ms. Sabitra, our remote On-trip Guest Coordinator was following us everyday, enquiring about our health and trip experience through WhatsApp messages. Sikkim is a beautiful mountainous state, with snowclad mountains which goes beyond 15,000 feet. But the roads in Sikkim are very narrow and bumpy due to its landscape and because of this the cabs are not maintained well. The shock absorbers in almost all the cars are worn out. All drivers are good except a few who may cheat you if you are not careful before paying anything extra. We sought help from Mr.Indrajit whenever necessary during the trip to visit some locations with extra payment to the Driver. Overall the trip was enjoyable and once in a life time experience in exploring the mighty Himalayas, particularly watching Mt.Kangchenjunga, the third tallest peak in the world during sunrise. Thanks to NatureWings Holidays. If time and health permits, we are planning to explore other North East States of India by next year through this agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good experience with NatureWings Holiday Pvt Ltd. They have planned and executed our trip from Mumbai-Guwahati-Shilong-Cherapunjee very well as per our priority of Pure Veg Food. Cherapunjee Resort was one of the best places to stay in Cherapunjee with scenic view and live music performance by locals. Our trip coordinator Ms Sabitra Basnet from Bhutan ?? was very active and soft-spoken. She was constantly with us virtually to guide us in every location and take good care of our daily needs. She is a great asset to NatureWings company. One can surely take the help of the Nature Wings team for their Northeast trip. Please continue with the tradition of your warm hospitality. Look forward to the next trip with you guys.
Last but not the least our Car Driver Mr. Keshab Tanti was a very nice guy. His daily routine starts with Prayer and 16 mala's (Chanting Mantra) while seating in his driving seat was amazing. He is a pure vegetarian and daily cooking his meal on his own before we start for outing in the morning. His profession and his religious personality is completely different. We wish him all the best to continue with the same passion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our long-awaited visit to this amazing location. We, a group of six women, booked this Silk Route Package Tour from Kolkata with NatureWings, a Kolkata-based travel agency. It was a 5-nights excursion that began from SilleryGaon. We were picked up from NJP with the car that we were promised at the time of booking. From station pickup to the home stay, everything was carefully organized and managed by team NatureWings. After exploring this part of Sikkim, we were really amazed by the beauty of Sikkim Silk Route. I am grateful to Mr. Soumalya Ghosh and his team for organized such a flawless wonderful trip. We enjoyed the natural splendor of the Zuluk Zig-Zag pass throughout our journey from SilleryGaon to Zuluk. In the morning we saw amazingly beautiful Sun rise from Thambi View Point, it was really breathtaking. Every location in this ancient silk route is blessed with rejuvenating natural beauty. After a long time, we saw a lovely blue sky here, which in Kolkata we are used to see as grey. I am grateful to team NatureWings for attending our every need, such as providing nice hot lunch, hot water, room heater, and arranging extra bed also. They attended every call from our end whether it was morning 5am or 12.30 am at night. We sincerely appreciate their professionalism. Indeed we, the girl’s gang had a great time on this hassle-free Silk Route Trip provided by NatureWings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our long pending wishlist was heavily challenged by COVID like many others. But this time we have decided to fulfill our dream – “Silk Route” Journey. After spending a sustainable amount of time watching YouTube videos, reading vlogs, I had prepared my travel plan. Just to validate my plan, I have contacted the NatureWings team (suggested by one of my friends) and surprisingly the budgetary proposal received from NatureWings was very compelling. After discussing with Ms. Anindita from the NatureWings team, I was convinced that they have all the access to the necessary information to arrange a memorable trip. All payment-related inquiries were quickly addressed by Mr. Sayan (operating Executive- NatureWings). Transport, Lodging and Food arrangements were really good. I was not expecting such on-trip guest coordination from Sabitra every day. Special thanks to Mr. Kumar, our guide cum driver accommodating all the requests. Many thanks to the entire NatureWings team for arranging such a memorable trip for us.

The driver, hotels, homestays and food were all awesome and the booking process was seamless. Special thanks to Mr. Soumalya (trip manager), Mr Sayan (operating executive, Nature Wings) and Mrs. Sabitra (on trip guest coordinator from Nature Wings) for their support all along the trip.The travel agency has provided us with a perfect travel itenary after a long awaited tour which we were keenly waiting after COVID.We are really happy and satisfied with the service provided by Nature Wings. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NatureWings arranged an excellent trip to Sri Lanka for us. They left absolutely no place for complaints. The hotels were all excellent and the food provided was very good. Our guide was a very nice person and made sure that we were comfortable and did not miss any place of interest. Our trip manager, Soumalya, constantly kept in touch and their cooperation was commendable. On a side note, I'd advise travellers to keep some extra cash as Sri Lanka has gotten a bit more expensive, mainly due to the present pandemic scenario.
