He even didn't refunded my money. People can notice 5 star feed backs right? they are all given by him and his family and friends.

I have trusted and ordered few items of laptop spares like battery, keyboard and LED screens from Delhi Nehru place - shop called "Unique IT services" I have paid RS.14200 on 3 Rd July, but till now he is not returning my money back. If I called he didn't pickup. I am sending him SMS by WhatsApp daily but no reply or response. His name is Rajendra Joshi.
I don't know what to do? How to get my money back. Could you please call him and tell him to return my money? I used my daughter school fees for this payment. Mainly I don't know Hindi.
Please don't do any transaction with him. I already made police complaint online with cybercrime section. But no luck till now.
