Nearby place is Tollygaunge Government ITI colege.
Staffs are good and Helpful. Formerly Kudghat metro station. Its before Tollygaung station. Opened on 22nd Aug, 2009.

But some maintenance work required in few areas
Like window panels of the station. Outside premises should hve greenary and plantations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am almost a regular passenger of the Kolkata Metro & board the Dum Dum/Dakshineshwar bound metro from Netaji Metro Station on most of the days !
This is one of the cleanest & well maintained stations of the Kolkata Metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historical place for the Calcutta Metro Company !! It was opened on 22nd of August, 2009 !! It is located in the Kudghat area. The station has been named after Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, one of the most famous freedom fighters of India. This station is situated opposite to the Kudghat bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there at NETAJI metro station (gudghat) for a travel to MG ROAD metro station.
The station was somewhat clean. It was pity that, only three seats were provided for waiting at the whole platform ...
It was SUNDAY, 12 noon, so there was some 15 to 20 people for boarding , I suppose during the week days the crowd will about 75 to hundred at the same hours.
So my suggestion please make available some more sitting facilities for the daily commuters... nice
