★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very courteous staff. What wowed me was the fact that they resolved 2 of my issues that my earlier service station in Bangalore (Varun motors) couldn't resolve. This centre is one of the best in Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a CIAZ and wish to inform customers that the Nexa Service Center at Dadar is very good wirh respect to the appearence, courteousness of staff and the approach of the engineers. experience for any Nexa Car owners in Mumbai! I have been going to this service station for 3 years now and have been interacting with My Service advisor Mr Umesh Chetwani. He has been very helpful with his timely advice and friendly nature. They are also very punctual with regard to delivery after the service. I am truly satisfied and it is a customer delight from this. Awsome Experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best & reliable service center in Mumbai for Maruti Suzuki cars. The space they have is well sufficient & perfect. The surroundings are clean, well maintained & sanitized. The best part about this service center is that they don't over crowd or over load cars in their service center. It's only limited to number of car parking markers in their service center. Trust me we travel around 60km to get our cars serviced from here because of their optimum service provided. The lounge is really comfortable if you plan to get your car picked up on the same day, unlimited snacks (subject to availability) & refreshments are provided to customer at waiting lounge. Their service man makes sure no scratches or dents occur in the vehicle while handling & parking it in servicing room & leave the customer well satisfied to come back again. The Relationship Manager are well trained, soft spoken & it all reflects on the job done here.

My service advisor Prasad Mane is a very helpful executive at NEXA Service Centre, Dadar. Has perfect knowledge about my Cars history and recommends only what is absolutely required for the car’s service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Nexa Service Center experience for any Nexa Car owners in Mumbai! I own a Baleno and its been over 4 years now and I am always happy with the overall after sales experience provided by Nexa for its customers.
My Service advisor Mr Umesh Chetwani has been supporting me since 2017 right from when I bough my baleno till now and I am highly satisfied by his helpful and kind nature. He always provides valuable suggestions and I agree with most of them. The entire staff right from the security and Hospitality staff (Sagar) ask you for Tea, Coffee or water.
The lounge area is the best space for anyone who wants to wait while their car is being serviced and its really comfortable. There is a real time TV that shows the vehicle status too!
Overall a 10/10 experience. Hats off to Nexa and Maruti Suzuki for creating such rich and awesome experience for their customer.
