★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience in both my rides from Kolkata to Siliguri and back. For my Kolkata to siliguri ride the journey was very very hectic taking nearly 20 hours instead of 13 hours as was mentioned in online booking site. The condition of the bus is very bad and the blankets..too dirty . God only knows for how many rides they have been used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the ticket for 7 th of March,2020 , this the third class bus service in the world. Starting from the behaviour of the contractor to end with bus siting facility all are very very bad. Very bad smele inside the bus. The site is so uncomfortable . I recomand do not book any ticket from this bus services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stuck at Siliguri with my motorcycle around April last year. My ancestors residence, where my parents live, is at Kalna Subdivision under Purva Burdwan district and I wanted to come back from Siliguri to Kalna. Night queen stops at krishnagar which is about 40 kms from my home. My motorcycle was broken down and as I was in a hurry I contacted many bus service providers and explained my situation that I need to go back home urgent with my motorcycle. None cared except Night Queen. Those people are very humble and helpful. Not only they put me on the reservation chart on an urgent basis but also provided me a good seat.
The bus is in mint condition. The seats are nice. The AC works just awesome. I didn't find my blanket to be dirty. The interiors of the bus was clean and hygienic. The bus time was punctual.
Now my bike. My bike was packed and loaded in the lower deck carrier of the bus by the packers they provide. The packing was good. The main reason is I didn't had a single stratch on the bike even after a 550 KM's journey. Even the attendant in the bus helped me while bringing my bike down from the bus at krishnagar.
I might have the pics somewhere and once I find them I will upload those.
For their generosity and helpful nature whenever I may travel to that route again by bus I will only take night queen only.
