★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. I am usually very afraid of needles but the staff at Nirmal Path Lab extracted blood very smoothly. Never had a better experience before. It deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever ! I wanted to get lead test done for my 3 year old but was not having a prescription. I spoke and messaged them and they confirmed that it’s ok and the blood test report will include result for lead as well. The lab technician who came home to collect blood and urine was highly inexperienced and had no idea what lead means. He spoke to someone on phone, was smiling while talking and assured me that CBC , ESR will take care of everything. I must have told him atleast 5 times that lead result is important for us . ( because he kept a poker face whenever I was mentioning about lead)He proceeded to withdraw blood from my toddler and was not able to find nerve for 10 mins. Kept switching arms and finally could get the blood out. After blood was drawn, he again made some calls (in process dropped down the urine sample collection twice) and then he tells me lead test is not done on children! I haven’t seen any technician or lab management as unprofessional as these guys! Would never recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with shailey h patel in the lab ....they clearly denied to sent reports through their official lab mail ...n sent the reports through some thirdparty sanjay by what app .reports r not trustworthy here n people r not at all co operative .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been testing for various reports here very often and almost over an year. The staff is very cooperative and polite. Clean and good ambience of lab makes it a perfect choice. The most important thing every indian like is cheap rates with best quality, you can't get cheaper rates with best quality and early reports (e-report on whatsapp and you can collect your hard copy of report whenever you visit over there). These all reasons made me give 5-star rating.
