And also the staff is very ignorant.
And even waiting for so long as the instructions were not given prior I had to wait for more time..
Communication skill with the patient is very poor and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit here

They provide good facility for home visit and technicians are very well mannered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete mismanagement at this center. They don’t take appointments, ask you to come early and wait. Once you walk in they will give you a wait time of 1 hr or so. But by the time the number comes it will be more than 2 hrs or so. It is so hard for old and suffering patients to wait in this covid times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pathetic place to be where you are made to wait for more than 3 hours for a simple sonography because they take in patients known to them personally on immediate basis, thus manipulating the wait list with zero consideration for your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Center dint had an operational lift, they don't care about senior citizens, when asked about using the lift for senior citizen who had knee problems, the staff bluntly asked to use a stair case to go to the xray room which is on the second floor. This is not how medical centers should be, they anyways charge a premium, so expect basic ameneities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nirman recommended by my family Doctor I had a Good Experience Prompt Response from staff they Quickly got wheel chair for my mom.. Courteous &polite staff Clean and hygienic infrastructure Overall Good customer service..Also they give home delivery service for Reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. My father a senior citizen was taken here for spine mri. This was his first time for mri and They couldn’t even instruct a first timr MRi patient what to expect, what to do and prepare the patient. Poor experience with technicians. They didn’t take the mri saying the patient moved. They never told or prepared the patient what to do and sent him back. I don’t reccomend this place rather go to Hiranandani hospital where old patients are assisted well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff on billing counter is absolutely non cooperative. They don't understand the pain of aged person waiting in waiting area. They call the customer and and make them wait for 3 hours and try to show off they have lot of clientele. Actually they should understand the pain of the patient and the people getting them. In today's time everyone who is doing business or job are in stress of survival. If they explain the process then surely they can help the patient and their relatives by making them wait less for any kind treatment they are coming for. It's just matter of 5 mins they should ask guide the patient accordingly. As for patient it's 1st time so they don't know the process. Otherwise the things are absolutely ok. A small initiative will be a great help to many people. Hope you take this in Good spirit and do the needful.
