★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is spread into 2 sections. The play area and the gym are very nice...the security is also top notch. There is visitor parking available. The flat structure is well constructed. Only down point is the location. A little away from the main city like..kormangla, indiranagr etc . However it's a little close to the airport which is an advantage to the people living there.

It contains all the amenities such as Club house, swimming pool, children play area, lawn, small cricket ground, gym, library etc. Couple of big supermarkets, multiplex, MacDonald and restaurants are on walking distance. It is a gated community and 24/7 security is available. Airport is just 45 minutes from here.ITPL is 30 minutes away in normal traffic. Totally recommended for the people working in Whitefield, Manyata etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your looking for this place, would suggest to look for awho Sandeep vihar as well. Highly recommend and very spacious township with ambulance and all facilities inside the township as well.
Now coming to nitesh flushing Meadows,i personally find it very congested and pricy as other options are available but if you manage to get a good deal(lower price for 3bhk around 22k-24k rs) then worth considering else can explore more options.
