★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big project of 33 acres which will be home only for 394 families. So lot of open space and less crowd will be USP for thir project. This a good project. Very well planned. Bunglow project which is on NA land. Bank loan available too from major banks. Internal roads are ready.

5. Very good valuations after 3 yrs as on kesnand road, 1000 new families going to add along with this society.
Cons
1. Rate , but it is NA plot.
2. Work is slow , but might be because of corona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plotting is good..but Unrealistic prices considering location.. it's too much inside from nagar highway..locality is very under developed.. Return On Investment will take 10+ years.. quoting 3500 per sq ft is ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good development and planning. Has potential to be good if they could deliver per their promise.
Too expensive even for NA plotting, it still is not in PMC.
Rates are too high compared to surrounding locality while they still charge development cost additional.
Sales team is basically just as good as reception, final negotiation done by owner/s whom i found unreasonable negotiators.
They appeared to trick saying few about 3 or 4 plots only available to chose from while also pushing in to buy other plots saying one you liked is just sold out.
Overall dissatisfied with the experience and sheer waste of time. Better to explore other properties around.

1. Location - you won't find NA plot so close to city.
2. Project within itself is very well planned.
3. Wide internal roads.
4. All amenities
5. Shopping mall within project
6. Very close to Kharadi - 7 km via a DP planned road.
7. Very good appreciation potential.
8. Moreover it's a Radha Swami Satsang land so a Devine one.
9. Progressive and like minded people as neughbours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought plot 1 year back.....nothing has been delivered by the builder .....no water no electricity.....no amenities have been completed.....if I could I would have given the project half star....very over priced....please think before investing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, and hoping to be a best place to build own luxurious bungalow but bit overpriced. Plus point is it's NA Sanctioned Residential Plots so things would be definitely better in future. 1 point minus for overpriced.
