β β β β β I visit quite often for availing the facility, recent technical issues were confronted due to incompatible software between Nivaran and hospital system, Immediately contacted from hospital, Ms Julie who looked into it and resolved the issue promptly, its noteworthy her ability to identify and inquisitiveness in solving it is commendable with patience to hear and if not having answers she will get it, which goes longway, suggestively, the front desk is good but few more attentively smiles and some using personal mobile etiquettes can be more friendly.. Cleanliness is of high standards and are maintained till date.

β β β β β I had CT guided biopsy for my back yesterday. While searching about this test on Google, I got to know this is one of the toughest test & I was also afraid while going for this test. Once I reached for test, there staff was so friendly that my half of the fear went away. The team that was doing this test to me was very professional. I recommend this diagnostic center to everyone.

β β β β β I must share this. I was pretty nervous about doing coronary angiography. But the way Julie stood by me throughout and other ladies staff made my procedure extremely smooth. Extremely warm, helpful n professional staff. Very clean place too.
