N when told to exchange they tok rudely by saying return all medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good stock of medicine but the worst service that you will get. Be ready to spend at least 20 min to even buy a crocin from this place. Best time to visit this place is after 1AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most annoying and horrible experience of my life. One of my family member was been prescribed a medicine so I happen to go to the Noble chemist of Tilak Nagar. The employees of the chemist are just there to harrass the people.
Visit1: I asked for the medicine, they said bring the patient who needs the medicine. As the patient was near by I took the patient to the Chemist
Visit 2: On seeing the suffering patient the lady at the counter said we need a prescription for the medicine and that too on a paper. You can bring the written paper from any nearby Dr.
Visit 3: After arranging the written prescription the lady at the counter came up with a new requirement that she needed a stamp. The prescription paper had the Dr.s' Regd. Number and name which is required. The chemist lady said she needed a prescription from my family doctor.
Visit 4: After getting the prescription, the lady said she never had the stock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get all medicines over here and it is open 24 hours . Only the people working here are bit lazy the take much more time to give medicines then they should take normally to find and give. On one side customers are standing on other side they are chit chatting with one another . They can give very fast service if they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff expect to come to them where they r comfortable, even after looking at customer they r busy talking to each other and laugh and giggles. Not at all professional and have answer for every question given with attitude. Worst staff ever seen in nobel chemist.

It is clearly an overstaffed outlet, hence they are busy delegating the activity to one another. Not at all professional and customer focused. Worst staff ever seen in Nobel chemist. Time for even a single item purchase is very very high
