★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased MT-15 from this dealer. No thorough checks were performed, no demos were given about the bike. The entire approach was very casual. Even the clock on the instrument cluster wasnt set by the technicians there. Its a result of such an approach that people have complaints from a brand like yamaha. It isnt actually the brand's fault but the dealers who are providing service. Now im skeptical about the first service of my bike. Lets hope they do it with honesty.

1# Located on main Neelam - Bata Road
2# Next to Jawa bike showroom
3# One cannot see the Yamaha bikes above 155cc in this showroom, which is not a good news, I call it Big Limitation for people who are interested in this segment
4# Staff is nice, will help you if ask for
5# You can purchase variety of Yamaha Bike ? here but remember below 155cc
6# Finance facility available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the only JAWA showroom in Faridabad so can't really compare with others. As a Jawa customer, I have been treated very well by all their staff members - Ashish, Arjun, Himanshi, etc. The mechanic for my Jawa is Shahrukh and he especially is awesome. Very knowledgeable and practical. My only issue is with Jawa company because they are still holding deliveries while poor showroom staff has to bear the brunt of customers. My delivery day was great and everyone made me feel like it's not a showroom but a friendly place to sit at. Hopefully Jawa will improve its delivery rate and more people can join the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy a bike MT 15 on 17/01/2021. Staff is co-operative, knowledge and polite in behavior. All process is very smooth including loan from TATA CAPITAL. Suggest to buy Yamaha bike for Northern motors. My experience is giving 5 Star.
