It is a humble request to the tvs founders pls take back that license of that service centre or change the entire management it’s only making money place but service zero work, I paid 5,000 for the service n belv me they have just washed my bike n gave me nothing else they don’t even change oil but they lie bcz of ths lockdown they r not able to run honestly so they are cheating people.. if any of the tvs head is going through this review pls help me get my bike re-serviced pls..

This people doesn’t give proper bill also after Service
From past 10 days they are telling We will give you but still I have not received any Proper Tax bill This place is wrost for service and after service one week later more problems started coming when I went there they are like you need to change this part n charge extra amount from the customer very bad service and they don’t do proper service of the vehicle we need to go to his service station again n again for the vehicle problems I’m not satisfied with service

satisfying customer needs. Your service,and the quality the way you approach the customer, and the consistently pleasant and
positive attitude at NRGC . A small request the person who is in billing counter is very slow please serve him some glucose or energy drink to be active at work and please make sure don't make customer's to wait and watch ur face thank u Team NRGC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't provide me bill despite of asking them again and again. Took 2K charges and return my Jupiter only by cleaning. Did not do any service. They didn't have the part which I wanted to repair. Better go somewhere else than this.
