I lost 6 kgs in 2 months and a lot of inches as well, thanks to the well thought through diet plans shared by Ms. Anju Sharma. Her plans help in making a change in your lifestyle and food habits that lets you sustain the weight loss longer.
Also the meal plans are innovative and interesting which is a MUST, otherwise it can get very difficult to continue.
I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good dietitian in Gurgaon.
