They will treat you good till you purchase bike after that literally raise the hands and mention that, it's not our concern.
I don't how and what basis honda provide them dealership.
I think they took lessons of customer retainsion.
It would be better if u had purchased second hand bike instead of my current honda hornet abs.
Big mistake of my life☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very worst service jhaveri honda service center, kurla are providing. They took almost 3 months for exchanging battery which is falls under warranty.
The staff is very rude, not cooperative.
This is fraud service centre, they also change the bike parts.
They will keep you waiting. So much delay in the service.
I literally fed up, and took decision to re-sale my hornet special edition *"not so special anymore cause of this service centre in kurla"*.
I would suggest do not submit you bike in this service centre.
As per my information with my friends circle, this service centre has crossed all limits in cheating... #chor hai sale mc log

After having an awful experience at another Honda dealer, Jhaveri Honda gave me exactly what i wanted without any delay. The staff is young and very helpful and most importantly they didn't gave any false commitments unlike other dealers. It will be great and much convenient if the delivery of the vehicle is given from the showroom itself and not from the stockyard....that's the only thing that needs to be changed.

Gone for first service at Jhaveri service centre
Activa fist service charges. Fooling people charging engine oil rs 475/- and gear oil rs 120/-
They feel people are fool. Others are charging around 275 and 70 resp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am purchased Activa 6G from nextgen jhaveri honda kurla lbs they cheated me. i am book my vehicle on 10th march and they promised us to provide vehicle in 5-7 days i am already inform them i need in urgent but after 10 days i am calling them regarding delivery they said it took time and the person (MOHAMMED) and ( Datta from finance company Fluorescent) is not picking up the call when i am gets angry the said you can take bike from Cotton green without number plate and they told me they will give me number plate on next day they told me to collect the number plate from kurla showroom but when i called them for number plate they refused to give me number plate they said it take a week for number plate and need to collect from Cotton green. I am very frustrated with the person Mohammed he is lier. giving false commitment and no after sales support. #NOtojhaverihonda #bycottjhaverihonda #fruadjhaverihonda #Bycotthondatwowheeler.
Kindly see the attachment how the official honda showroom provide us number plate. I am waste 500 in travelling in kurla and cotton green.
