?Although the service & collection had been the best. During the times of Covid, maintaining a proper Sanitized way of handling the spectacles and very safe to visit.

Horrible experience!!! Visited this place seeing Google reviews but after visiting them I felt like it's not the appropriate place I have come .We decided not to buy spectacles from here so the attendant's explanatory tone turned rude and we were charged an amount of Rs 300 , in name of some store policy for testing .Please be aware of the sugar coated and fancy stuff .Little humble attendent would be more good to go in client facing environment like this !!

A place where customer is really treated as God! You will come across a quote for this shop in one of their pictures on Google which reads - "100% customer satisfaction". Believe me, the shop owners live by that in letter and spirit. I had issues with my lens and they entertained me 4 times and got the issue resolved by replacing when it is needed and didn't charge an extra penny but refunded the excess payment. You will never regret visiting the shop for your eye care. Wish their vision is shared by others too. Respect!

A great frame and a fantastic lens is not going to deliver its promised potential unless you find an optician like Optical Place. I have a rather complex prescription and demanding needs for my spectacles to meet the demands of flying, gliding, reading and driving. I have high myopia (distant vision) together with age related presbyopia (near and far vision). So progressive lenses. I fly sailplanes and therefore need very good intermediate vision to be able to see the instruments, good near vision vision to read the maps (with rather small print) quickly, great far vision to be able to see far away sky (white sailplanes and other aircraft), and ability to see the clouds as they just begin to develop (so needing high contrast) - and avoiding glare at gliding field. The spectacle frame should be rugged and the lens coatings durable. They shouldn’t fog. I should be able to do all this without fuss with constant wear glasses. These demands are met by Essilor Varilux S series, adaptive (photochromic), antiglare, scratch-resistant, anti-fog etc. There are equally capable lenses from Zeiss. However, no matter what lens, unless one finds a fantastic optician even the greatest lens would only deliver mediocre performance. Optical Place (and ask for Ashish by name for high end lenses) have the equipment and expertise to find out that perfect prescription for the fantastic lens. Each year Ashish spends more than 90 minutes (yes I keep a track of time he gives me) to listen to me carefully and check my vision thoroughly. He checks for: 1. Automatic estimate 2. Then a thorough manual check for far, near and intermediate vision from the distances I use. 3. Customised readings with the frames of my choice to personalise the lenses. This includes tests for how I look around, my dominant eyes, the angle the frame make with my eyes and myriad other readings. Finally with everything ready, the prescription is sent off to the manufacturer. People say that they take long time to adapt to progressive lenses. It takes me about 20 seconds to be at home with my new lenses. I should think it might have something to do with me as well as the lens - but nevertheless. I live in Pune. You can well imagine, why I travel to Delhi on my yearly pilgrimage to get my spectacles made from Optical Place. While I have never needed any after sales service I am quite sure, Optical Place (and Ashish) would provide them without batting an eye. Go find them for the next pair of spectacles. PS: I must add that in times of this Covid pandemic, I was comfortable with the precautions they take to keep us and themselves safe.
