β β β β β Really a very bad experience with palm village, no one is responsible for anything, they build a fake property, they don't have any legel document ko show, please don't buy here, there is no bank who support for loan except gic who takes a very high intrest rate. Its personal request, please don't buy property here...lift is here which is just to show for visitors. It works only in Sunday when visitors come to see flats.

β β β β β Do not believe on the reply, nothing has been rectified since last one year, fake replies to grab the customers.
Still the condition is same as before
Literally very bad experience, do not believe on the 5 star ratings.
Builder will only pay attention to you until their unit is not being sold, after that they will not even pickup your call.
They will make lots of fake promises to you, will manipulate in many ways.
We are living in 3Bhk but it feels like 1bhk.
And forgot about the subsidy that you might be thinking government will pay you.

β β β β β This is a value for money flat. I have researched and seen dozens of flats in NCR . This has good price point. Other builders sell at 15-20 lakhs more and same or worse quality. At this rate and given quality it is very good. Also it is already made and not under construction. So you get actually what you see today and not just a future promise.

β β β β β Customer service is not good, they'll promise you one year warranty and after 3-4 months all the lights , switches , door handles stopped working completely and I've been following up since then only but no replies and The lift also is not completed yet

β β β β β They took my booking amount and did Not return so don't go for them.i booked for the 2nd floor and later on they denied for that and ask me to pay all the flat price in cash because they are not able to do loan.and they took my 29000 rs and now they blocked my number and not returning my money.so i will suggest every one please do not go for pal velly

Sushil pandit (Mishra) alias pintu, shanu chauhan, yogesh sharma and Bihari saket all are duping innocent customers, they all are big chors don't rely on them. if you plan to buy ask them to show approved building plans and title clearance ..They will not show you...The quality of the building is also very poor. Avoid this project my free advice. One day bhagwan will punish them

Entire Team is so friendly and they listen to your concern be it anything. They resolve your issues at most priority. Rathore ji delivered what he promised within a month. Prices are reasonable. Feeling so overwhelmed that I cannot resist myself to post this review here.
