β β β β β This place is affordable and quality wise also good, but only problem here is that in summers there are ants in every corner of the flat , nothing can be left on the kitchen slabs, even in 5 minutes food will be ruined by ants. Ants are so stubborn even laxman rekha or ant killer won't work more than half a day there. I am not sure if ant problem is in every flat here.

β β β β β It's a good place to live in. Air and Noise pollution impact is low in this area and quite open enough for fresh air. Below mentioned fascilities are available for convenience:
1. Visitor parking outside gate no. 1.
2. Shopping complex inside the project (e.g. J Mart, Vegetable shop, Saloon, Medical shop etc.)
3. Well maintained society complex with fitness center like gym, swimming pool, basket ball/tennis/badminton/skate court.

Society has all the facilities like Gym, Swimming Pool and Community Club. Ample parking space as well!

Connected by shared auto and broader roads.
Best for family.
Single person might feel alone as little far from main city. Main market like big Bazar, more are little far.

β β β β β Stellar jeevan apartment in noida extension is one of the few apartments which got possession in 2014. This appartment has been maintained by stellar group and has won many awards for maintaining cleanliness . I have been living in this apartment since 2019 nad has quite happy with services. It's isn't perfect but if you compare with other surrounding appartment it's far better. One of the big plus is that is bit away from Gaur City which means less traffic however it does provide easy access to schools which are located with in 2-3 km along with hospital ? Yathart which is less then 1km. Besides this we also have industrial area starting in 1km distance with pepsi, Yamaha and others having there operations hence for future perspective job opportunity are plentiful. Teczone already have IBM and other companies already working and many others to come up soon. I would recommend any one looking for peace full place to live in. I have also added few pics of view from stellar jeevan apartment and near by areas so that you can appreciate incredible views.
