★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat booked in 2015 .Great promises served by so called Armed force officers welfare organisation. They posted initial pictures so long payment of installments become due.once the 90%+ payment taken work stopped and hardly 10-15 people working at site. Now they have stopped posting pictures of progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book flat with AFOWO, They are cheaters. Booked a flat in 2017 and wad committed to be delivered in 2019. No updates. No customer communication and builder not paying to authority for occupancy. Don't get stuck with AFOWO projects. They promise and convince in beginning but then they are just like other builders.
