★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's all perspective, I found the room sizes small where it shoud be bigger as they belong to 'villa'.
The car parking size is good on paper but not sufficient for mid size car. People are parking on road.
The garden size is small and will not be usable if car parks outside on it. The garden is not serving purpose, as it is not personal place where people can sit and enjoy. So, this too is not usable much.
The last point, the location of villa is under closet of multiple buildings. I am assuming when all buildings would be erected, whether the villas would get sunlight, especially in winters.
