★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferry service from Panihati(N24 Parganas) to Konnagar(Hoogly).All traditional Boats have been replaced by Big ferries which are available till 10:30pm and journey is safe too. Now a days, they don't allow people to stand on jetties for safety reasons but people can sit on adjacent ghats with friends and loved ones. Temperature is being measured now a days for covid safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very safe place to cross the Ganges. There boats are good and reliable. Most of the staffs are well behaved. The fare of one person is Rs. 8 for one time journey. The fare is little bit expensive but they provide full safety to each and every passenger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferry ghat entry gate is very narrow. Very good communication for BT Road, Sodepur Station, Barrackpore. Auto, Toto available always. At the side of ferry ghat there is a prepared sitting area which is very comfortable for evening walk and adda. You can also enjoy street food like Fuchka, Ghugni, Papdi Chat, Roll. etc.

You can spend hours sitting beside the ghat, while enjoying the view of sunset and sunrise with a breeze over your face. You have to ignore the crowd just by being yourself.
