★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked flat with Paranjape Scheme in Trident Tower Wakad Project in Pune, 3 years gone by and builder has not yet built a single floor, not responding when the work will start, wont recommend anyone to book any property with PSCL as i have very pathetic experience with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paranjpe is the worst construction company I have ever seen in my life. There representatives do not pick up the calls, never are available to answer the questions, never keeps us posted about the updates on our property. Especially Makrand Shastri.
Possession year for my property was 2019, and till the date there is only 2% of work done at the property location. It's a fruad.
Do not buy any property I would suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is easy to locate and actually a landmark for most neighborhood residents. I do not have any actual experience with them in terms of buying/working. However, the crowd here is highly professional, empathetic and sincere. "Paranjape Schemes" is a brand! In the vicinity, there are buildings years old that are standing tall and strong, and then there are those which have been recently made with all its modern avatar. ? Now you know, and if you don't checkout on your own.
