★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remote place. Don't buy any property here. You have to walk 2-3 km from nearest public transport point. The roads have steep ups and downs. Outward transport is very difficult. It is good to have your exclusive transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building from inside the floor looks like a hospital but nice and clean place.... Can stay here only if you have a car, roads don't have street lights filled with potholes and deeply broken roads, walking is impossible because there is a risk of encountering a Leapord in the night. Nearest public transport is 1.2 kms far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is safe with watchmen and security cameras everywhere. Ample parking available. A decent playground and garden area. Situated on the hilly side of Royal Palms facing the road with a lovely view of the green landscape on one side and the hills on the other.One needs a vehicle to commute from this place as it is 1 and a half km away from the main gate of Royal Palms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is located deep into the aarey jungle. No connectivity to the outer world unless you have your own vehicle. Found this place is very unsafe as I travelled here from Andheri East by auto through aarey jungle @9pm, even the auto driver was scared while driving through the bad conditioned roads
