Now the furniture and furnishings are worn out.
The living room was full of flies.
No fridge, television or stove.
Isolated with poor road connectivity.
There is no inverter,the power supply went off in hot summer
Afternoon.
Stay at your own risk.

Despite of calling owner and caretakers there was no one to solve the problems like drinking water, beds were broken , AC was not working, bed sheets were not clean, dirty rooms, extremely dirty kitchen with no utensils and unclean gas stove, swimming pool not clean all in all it was totally different from the pictures.
Would strongly recommend to visit the villa at your own risk.
I booked the villa for 3 nights but due to the above mentioned problems I left the villa after day 1.

Place Review:
The place is complete mess compare to what you see in images. Don't believe what you see in images. The pool is too small to call it a poll. The splashing water coming from upper villa into your pool is irritating also if you have female colleague then you should believe that you won't even go into that pool area due to constant abuse and bad language from other villas if those are occupied by only boys group leave apart irritation of splashing water There are no chairs to sit outside as well as not enough pillow or even bedsheet. Leave apart blanket.
Service Review:
They will ask security deposit and be careful you will loose some part of that amount. Check every small item you take from owner or caretaker as in morning next day they will say it's broken and will try to deduct it from security deposit. Day light robbery. Service is 3rd class and to reach this place is another pain. There is no such thing as view so don't get deceived by view you see in image. no music afer 10 p.m.
If you are spending this much bucks then you better book O2 villa or something it will be cheaper compare to this rate.
It's not exactly at Royal Palm it's near to royal plan so don't get deceived by it.
Not worth for money at all. Don't book it. You will regret it first when you see the place and 2nd time in morning when various disputes will be raised.
Good luck to you if you want to book this even after reading this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for few minutes and mindwell it's really dirty and stinking place... swimming pool was dirty and toilets were worst ...faul smell everywhrre...they give 3500 per night ... don't go u will regret ....
