Our experience was very good ,owner of the property were very kind and cooperative we didn't experience any issue with them it was big space and and well planned place inside and out 3bedroom hall attached to the property pool with sitting area and down stairs mini garden and sitting area I would also like to share that we didn't go over board and did any thing stupid we also kept in mind the do's and don'ts which is short understandable by humans with brains. We will look forward for this place in future also if any thing planned. Thank you

Hall is super big which you will not get it any any Villa in Royal Palms
It's like a homely feeling not like a villa
Lawn area has good plantation
Pool is very clean
Seating area near the pool is nicely decorated but needs to be improved
Washrooms are all clean
Interiors & Furniture needs to be improved.
