★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa is lovely and spacious with huge rooms and lavish terrace space. Pools are little smaller but manageable. Best for overnight parties and relaxing without any noise and far from city traffic. Staying there you will feel you are somewhere outside Mumbai.
Only downside is the road to reach there is little tricky as every people staying there will tell you different routes. Follow this route and you will not have to roam entire Royal Palms
- Take left when you enter Royal Palms
- Then take right at the first circle and go up the steep slope
- Continue till you see a circle and IN / OUT board on wall.
- Take left towards IN arrow and move up to more steep slope
- Continue till you see Sales Office
- Go ahead from Sales Office and move slight down to the slope and make a U- turn from left side and continue on the road
- You'll see many different villas. Check the numbers and stop near your desired villa

It's a perfect holiday place within mumbai!
The facilities are very comfortable!
It has 2 swimming pools!
There is emerald club near the villa the food is extremely good there
It's a perfect weekend getaway for leisure, party!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful spot with indoor pool amidst nature and away from hustle bustle of Mumbai city. Beautiful view from this hill top villa. Best for family or friends outing to relax anytime of the week or weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for an evening with friends. Can easily accommodate 10-15 people. Friendly owners, great locales and a swimming pool to boot. Only downside is a relative inaccessibility for food delivery, but an in-house restaurant caters to most needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
