★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used PNP service while going to Alibag ( Mandva) There was only AC Cabinet was available. Service is good, It was on time, Tickets can easily be get at counter however have to get it early during weekends to avoid long queue. I feel they should have sitting arrangement on upper deck considering the demand on this route. The overall service is good and most important its on time.

They overbooked assuming that some passengers will not show up.
The ticket checker (Sagar on 22-Jan-2022 for 10:15am from Gateway, Mumbai) asked to resolve the ticketing issue with the PnP office. But the office number is not functional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of boat offered wasn't that good but ride experience was good in terms of first timers or tourist as one can view the gateway of India from the shores also Indian Naval ships were visible sometimes. The ocean water was very dull and muddy. Lots of wind blasts could be felt on the boat. This photos were taken 10 years back it's strange how time flies by so quickly, hope to visit this city again.
