They never take any action quickly this need to be changed there transfermores are not proper they dont set new one from 10-12 years and electricity cut off is 3 to 4 hours a day and on tuesday the hole day power off..... This is to be changed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many of us know that when we enter in panvel on HDFC Circle, there’s a electronic hoarding which says “Welcome to Panvel Smart City” ??? I mean what is smart about this city anyway?
Especially our MSEB Department. Even we people understand that there are issue’s when handling the electricity division but we pay you guys the bill on time right? And if we fail to do so our electricity gets cut!
On the other hand due to the recent events and the pandemic fallen on us, you guys have charged electricity rate XYZ and maybe our units consumption is high, isn’t it your responsibility to supply electricity without any faults?
And isn’t our so called MLA’s have a look on this matter as everyone is facing the same problem again and again.
Because before pandemic there was a time when MSEB was doing a great job in maintaining this city’s electricity division.
It’s my humble request to all the person incharge to please look into this matter on a more serious condition.
Because we claim to be a “SMART CITY” but to actually be one issue’s like these have to be sorted out.
ASAP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no electricity in sec 18 new panvel since yesterday 4 PM. Not even picking calls as they keep their landline answering machine aside, so everytime you call you will get their phone busy! Rather than that cant you just answer calls. Most pathetic and improper service and then expect us to pay bills! Dont give number on google of you dont want to answer calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst electricity supply in Khandacolony area under Navi Mumbai / Raigad district. I never seen such very bad power service organizations. Mostly time power is cut in this area for long time at a stretch. Public is suffered at hot summer days even now in lockdown situaton. It is suggested to do it privatization by all supports for good services.
