★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class substation of Mahadiscom. Not even worth of single star.cant say poor service, they don't even provide services. Every day power failure. Cutting off and on light frequently, don't know why. This mansoon they have reached to their worst standards. Bakwasssss???

Daily Electricity problems. Now a days light gone for 8 or 10hrs. Because of Electricity problems unable to work from home in lockdown situation . Without Electricity in summer..?? it is disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repeatedly receiving faulty calculated bills. Why doesn't Current reading minus Previous reading, not match the total consumed units?
Are these bills not generated by a computer system?
It appears they can manually add number of units consumed.
Hence, people who do not care calculating the actual units consumed using the current & previous reading present in bill itself, they end up paying lot more.
To whom does this extra money go? This is not a one time issue. This has happened three times so far.
I have raised complaint but the status only shows that it is assigned & it never gets resolved.
Pl stop corruption & only then the country will progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth one star. But no option below that. MSEB's worst division award goes to Bhingari. We are suffering from 8-9 hours of power cuts. They do not pick calls and are least bothered. Extremely lazy, useless and corrupt employees who are not fit to be running this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service providers in panvel. Since one year i have been sending email not a single response received from their site. The rain has not even started the eletricity problem persist. Daily the light cut off without any intimation or notice. They have lack of communication..knowledge staff. Last year in june because of them i had to suffer a loss of 60000. My home appliances were damaged due to high voltage. Not a single penny they had given to me. Every time the faulty work is solved on temporary. Not a permanent solution they fix. If u are able to give the service i would suggest to take help from BEST how they offer the service and mumbai and the work done is immediatly and perfect. The officer Zilare and Rajkumar they are helpless. They didnt answer the phone calls. When they comes in our area they tells call us anytime and we will be there for you? Each and everytime this guys play smartly with us. Also If your customer service is not helpful or dont want to answer the customer feedback then pls them to sit at home. In panvel if there was other eletricity provider i could have opt for it. Even in my village electricity doesnt goes frequently that much goes in panvel. Really very bad experience people are facing due neglegence of MSEB work. Ever time some where the overhead wire is cut or break,the transformer has burnt. This guys had overloaded the transformer with the connection then it has to burnt. His capacity is not that much how it can survive dear. The overhead wire which gets cut due to rain they just join and keep as its and go.. If you take a service in the bill alteast give that kind of service to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad electricity supply... No electricity from past 2-3 hours. Atleast during this qurantine you people can provide proper electricity. Already it's summer and it's really Adai daily 2- 3 hours electricity off
