★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience regarding her behavior. So i went to bring my bhabhi’s outfit, she handed us just the blouse and i asked where’s the rest? She said in making. But i knew one outfit was ready and the other was in making so i simply asked isn’t it ready yet as you said? She replied in very rude manner gime me some time. Sit there. Never coming to your studio again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service... My Indian friend was getting married in Boston and I wanted to wear something indian for her indian wedding... Devanshi really helped me a lot with the outfit... The outfit they send to me garnered a lot of attention on the wedding day ?... The dress was really worth it... Will definitely order again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once work done, she won't entertain you for the alterations. I got dresses stitched especially for feeding. While selecting the designs and stuff I told her multiple times that I need them to be front open and she got stuff made with only 3 inch opening rest sewed. Never helped with alterations.

Poonam charged me for cotton silk pants and then used some cheap polyester material.
For another outfit , a silk saree , I had got an heavy silk border made. She completely changed the design (cheap and shiny)and manipulated me to think , that was the design.
Is this the kind of service you provide???
Over and above they never seem to care how the client’s outfit has turned out and if she wanted that design in the first place.
I would never go to a person who LIES and MANIPULATES like that.
I am appalled by the overall experience.
Extremely upset!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't give the place that one star either. The quality, commitment toward clients has drastically deteriorated over the years. I admit she helped make some good dresses for my family about 4 years ago. But today, I would recommend anyone who wishes to try out Poonam's, to NOT.
They don't stick to the design you spent hours telling them clearly about, spoil the dress and keep all the expensive material you gave them. I am sorry, but the treatment has been HORRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour, throws lot of attitude, not at all customer centric...no discipline w r t timely delivery....even after repeated follow up and assurance I was not delivered on the date and time....
Worst experience ever...
Believe I haven't picked my stuff yet ....which was to be delivered on 4th Dec 21 at 4 in the evening....
Will never visit the place ever and won't recommend to anyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her behaviour is very rude and show off lots of attitude, not having any manner how to talk with customer. She is not at all customer centric...no discipline w r t timely delivery....even after repeated follow up and assurance It was not delivered on the date and time. She is behaving like she is only in Ahmedabad who is having a studio.Also one bad thing that is on the delivery date piece is not ready. My wife was seated at her studio for more then one hour and then she has given. And charging price is more than required. I never recommend anyone to visit her studio. It is totally waste of time and money.
